My name is Deborah. I am an Emotional Energy Practitioner, mother of five incredible children, grandmother to seven precious grandchildren, and I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 40 years.
I am so excited that Liv International aligns with my vision for personal growth and empowering people to achieve their financial and health goals.

First and foremost, Jeff Tuttle is one of the most heartfelt and genuine person I have had the honor to meet.
You can feel his eagerness in desiring to help others attain their most favorable wellness both in health and wealth.
Jeff has over 25 years experience in researching and formulating health and wellness products. His nutritional supplements are sold in more than 60 countries. He led the way in improving quality control techniques in the herbal industry.
For more than a decade Jeff was the Executive Director of International Marketing for Nature’s Sunshine Products. He has been the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for Synergy Worldwide for three years.
At Liv International Jeff is concentrating on superior product formulation and development and will make sure Liv’s cutting-edge formulas meet the highest standards for quality and effectiveness.
He formulated Liv International’s flagship product called Liv Sxinney. We like to call it “Sxinney Water.”
Liv Sxinney is full of fulvic minerals which are gathered from ancient plant beds rich in the minerals we need every day.
